Ernest Boniface Makulilo [EBM] is a scholarship expert and consultant. He received over $100,000 scholarship money within 24 months period. He received the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship (over $40,000) in Fall 2008 to become Fulbright Professor and Scholar at Marshall University in West Virginia (USA).
