English proficiency score requirement for fully-funded scholarships

English proficiency score requirement for fully-funded scholarships for international students to study overseas. There are major two examinations: The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

Both exams measure the same thing. These exams measure English proficiency level in Writing, Reading, Speaking, and Listening. It is not an intelligence exam, so get over the fact that you must be so intelligent with a high GPA to get high scores in these exams. TOEFL is an American version administered by Education Testing Services (ETS), and its fee is about $215. You can search for Testing Center in your country through the official website, www.ets.org/toefl IELTS is the British version, with fees of about $300 administered by the British Council in your country. It is your choice which exam to take. It does not restrict you to only TOEFL if you want to come to the United States. You can take either of the two. #fullyfundedscholarships #scholarshipsforinternationalstudents #scholarships
