English proficiency score requirement for fully-funded scholarships for international students to study overseas. There are major two examinations: The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
Both exams measure the same thing. These exams measure English proficiency level in Writing, Reading, Speaking, and Listening.
