 Following Immigration Update: Police Clearance for Diversity Visa Lottery Processing for the Diversity Visa Winners DV2022. People after submitting their documents, in the previous process, could use expired police clearance duing the interview at the U.S. Embassies. Now, you can't use expired police clearance.

Immigrant visa processing is more or less the same, the only thing which has been changed is the removal of KCC to request documents from the Diversity Visa Winners.
