REASONS TO BE DENIED DV VISAS DESPITE WINNING 1. Not Including the correct number of children in the application. 2. Failure to put correct marital status in the application. 3. Failure to meet the eligibility requirement (Education and/or work experience) 4. Passport requirement – Applying DV Lottery without a passport with wrong exemptions. 5. Medical – Tuberculosis (TB) for example 6. Criminal background – Police clearance 7. Using previously used photo in the DV Lottery********
